Got an idea for Trump - to use his favorite method.
Trump should write an Executive Order - that N Korea is ban from nuclear test and missile test.
Then Trump will make all his aides surround him and get a team of media to film the signing of his Executive Order and he show his "BIG donald duck SIGNATURE".

Then if N Korea continue to do the nuclear test and missile test --- what will Trump do?

Trump also is unable to forge cooperation with other Countries to deal with N Korea wholesomely.
Don't pin high hope on Trump.
Look at the string of defeats experienced by Trump.
Why Trump suffer defeats is because his ideas are mostly not workable and had unintended adverse consequences.
In addition, Trump is never a deal maker - because Trump is unable to make friends - only know how to antagonise friends and adversaries alike.
Because Trump is self-serving and self-centred.
No one will want to work with someone that is self-serving and self-centred - because he will exploit and manipulate his friends who help him.
In other words, he is not trustworthy.
Look at the way how Trump treat all his friends, allies and partners.
