How well the 2 largest Economies in the World work together by closing gaps on those differences and forge common ground in strategic dialogues between 2 SuperPowers - will directly and indirectly impact World Economy and GeoPolitical peace or tension around the Asia Pacific region.

Most important, is to be able to find new ways to resolve the territorial disputes with peaceful resolution in Asia Pacific through negotiation - if not arbitration or mediation - if not through International Court of Justice for Judgement.

This will prevent outbreak of confrontation and military conflict - that will not only damage Regional Economies - including the disputing parties - but also others Economies not involved in the disputes.

Worst still, if military conflict escalated into a major conflict - where damages will be beyond what anyone can anticipate - eg. infrastructure damages, human casaulties, military equipment destruction, and Economies, Trade, Investment, Bus窝iness etc severely crippled - that will impact the World Economy - because Economic Powers of 1, 2, 3 and other growing Economies will all be impacted and crippled - 一窝熟。

This will be madness.

Neither sides will gain in antagonism.

Both sides will only gain in cooperation though in some area could be competitive cooperation.
