Half-yearly speed tests on telcos' delivery of SMS messages

If a web page require 2FA (2nd factor authentication) say via SMS OTP (One Time Password), it will always require a SMS Aggregator because people subscribe to different Telcos for their handphone.

Eg. some go with Singtel, some with Starhub, some with M1 etc.

Unless an organization that design the web page is able to distinguish a customer mobile phone number belong to Singtel or Starhub or M1 etc, it will require a SMS Aggregator to route the SMS OTP to the right customer via the right Telco.

Thus testing the speed of SMS messages should also include the SMS Aggregator to do the differentiaring of different Telcos and routing to the right Telcos that will forward the SMS to the right customer via the right Telco that the customer subscribe to.
