Each Local Government with infected Ebola patients should take the lead by deploying resources with advice from WHO experts in epidemic control, quarantine, contact tracing and all the necessary stringent measures to be put in place - to prevent local community spreading as well as border control to prevent cross-the-border spreading and international spreading.

Unless and only such measures are undertaken can Ebola be control and finally eradicated.

Else Ebola may become another Mers or even worst SARs.
