'Super Wi-Fi' heading for US campuses

Is there end devices such as notebooks, tablets, smartphones with SuperWifi radio ?

Doesn't seem like to have one.

All the end devices has wifi radio and AP such as Android AP for association but not SuperWifi.
So I guess SuperWifi is mainly used in wireless backhaul and still need to route to WiFi for client access.

Also not much is mention about the modulation & demodulation technique used for SuperWiFi whereas WiFi use OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) or DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum).
And I believe all the rest of WiFi protocols to support WiFi such as IEEE802.1x; EAP-PEAP, TLS etc; radius authentication, IEEE802.11i, WPA, TKIP etc; should still apply.
