"The Russia-Japan relationship in recent times has enjoyed a positive atmosphere, allowing us to resume discussions on" the peace treaty, Lavrov said in the joint address.
"It's important that matters such as this be carried out in a calm environment that is not emotional and avoid public discussions" that might prevent cool-headed exchanges, Lavrov added.
The above environment is conducive to bring about resolution in difficult issues and a "Win-Win" outcome will eventually evolve from it.
Most importantly, a Peace Treaty signify an end to unresolved issue - and mark the beginning of a new relationship free from past historical baggage.
In spiritual terms - it means the historical karma has effectively ended and the karma seeds no longer effective and eradicated - and will no longer trigger any unhappy incidents.
This is the best outcome - to hope for.
Japan and China - historical karma seeds can also follow along this line - to end the vicious cycle of hornlocking - which is very painful isn't it?
The worst outcome - is startng a war - where both have no intention to - in a "flare - a moment of anger" - that both will regret later - and cannot turn back the clock.
