Integrating Arctic Maritime Route to Singapore Straits Maritime Route

(1) These arctic sea route will bypass the Singapore Straits maritime route - bypassing all ASEAN, India, East Asia (except Japan), Australia and New Zealand.

(2) The strategy is not to panic.

(3) But how to entice Russia and Central Asia to integrate with us, ASEAN and the whole Asia Pacific region - so that the arctic route can connect to our Singapore Straits maritime route and go via Indian Ocean as well.

(4) India got to come on board quickly into RCEP - else ships can go by arctic route without going thru Indian Ocean.
