  (3) HK Police will also need more effective personal armor that can withstand the force of iron rod, hammer, hard objects or sharp object - so that the Police can battle the protestors and rioters more effectively.
  
  (4) HK Police should also be issued with non-lethal taser or stun gun - that can temporarily stun the rioters - and can arrest the rioters with little effort.
