All these quarrels got nothing to do with we Singaporean. We are not interested in their family issue, hope the government will stop using public fund and time to prove who is right or wrong, so much money and time are already wasted on this private matters. The AG and his team should spend more time on their job, be more productive and help the Singapore people lead a better life than to be involved in this private family issue. If they are obligated to represent for what ever reasons they should do it in their own time and not be paid during this period of time. Spending money in helping the poor and their children's education is more meaningful than all these stupid politic. Let's move on Singapore, let them fight it out in court with their own time and money and not at our expenses.

If he do personal attack, then it is up to the person to settle it in court at his own expense.
But if he attack the State Court, then he is attacking the system.
Of course State will have to respond to protect its reputation from being harm which will hurt the National Interest.

So there is no misappropriation of the response in this case when AGC response.

If AGC did not response, it means what he say is true coming from the mouth of the descendant of a founding father - because it is not challenged.

This will have a lingering effect to Singaporeans and foreigners that our Court is "pliant" - not capable of upholding justice.

This will have an impact on administration of justice in Singapore - and will have economic and social impact - to settle financial dispute, social injustice, criminal justice.

And what worst, Singapore has just been awarded as International Arbitration and Mediation centre to settle international dispute.

It is really sad that as descendant of Mr LeeKY that have so painstreakingly build Singapore - is so unthoughtfully hurt by some of his unfilial descendants.

Honestly, if LiSW, his father and aunt genuinely meant well for Singapore and want to help Singapore to improve and grow better - they do not need to endow in "more room for “healthy, loyal dissent” in Singapore - that will stoke tension, open dissent that lead to open conflict --- that will harm Singapore.

They can quietly contribute ttheir feedbacks o many feedback channels that will reach the Government Administration such as REACH and other official channels.

This is genuinely making positive contribution to Singapore - and not "publish its confrontation view openly" in the hope to stoke dissent, conflict, unrest or "just to show off".

Honest contributors for the welfare of the people don't do it this way.

If good feedback are used that benefit Singapore, then it is good and they will be happy that their feedback and contributions matters.

If some of their feedback are not used, it means there are other considerations that cannot apply it or can only apply it later.

This should be the spirit of "more room for “healthy, loyal dissent” in Singapore - not the like of Li Sheng Wu, Lee Hsien Yang and Lee Ling Wei.

And if they are ambitious to want to be politicians, do it in a way that their talents will be recognised - such as joining social service bodies to help and serve Singaporeans.

Their hardwork and their "wisdom" and their genuine heart to serve Singaporeans will one day be recognised.

Not by shooting, taking pot shot, criticise for the sake of criticising means they can attract attention that they have the talents to become politicians.
