This mean US will strike first if N Korea start the hostility - and only rely on its anti-missile system as backup only.
Thus a nuclear shoot-out between N Korea and US is a real possibility - if there is no change of minds on both sides to start denuclearisation dialogue.
Not sure anyone in this World can stop this MADness.
