(1) HK Police should make the protest organiser responsible if the protest turn violent.
(2) HK Police should make protest organiser register all protestors attending the protest event and if violent erupted - must submit the register to Police for investigation - so that any violent protestors can be arrested.
(3) HK Police should mandate protest organiser - to ban all those who attend the events from wearing mask - and the whole event should be video recorded and submit to Police if the protest turn violent.
(4) Only then HK Police can issue permit for the peaceful protest event.
