This N Korea single-mindedly wanted to get nuclear missiles. It will threaten the World.

The World also must single-mindedly not have business, trade and investment with N Korea - until and unless it start de-nuclearisation talk and de-nuclearise.

Else the World will not do any business with N Korea.

N Korea will have a choice - either nuclear or food.

  Have to make sure that N Korea will have no money, no trade, no business, no investment, no food ---- as long as N Korea want to possess nuclear missiles. 
  
  
  Even if N Korea successfully acquire its nuclear missiles - the whole World must not have any business dealings with N Korea - to ensure it has no food, no money, no business, no trade, no investment with them ---- until N Korea agree to start de-nuclearise talk with the eventual goal of no nuclear weapons. 
  
  
  Only then the World can do business with N Korea. 
  This is the only way to reverse N Korea cause. 
  N Korea single-mindedly want nuclear missiles --- the World must single-mindedly ensure N Korea has no food to eat and no money to spend. This is the only way to deal with N Koream

  But US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Sunday that his department was preparing potent new measures that would completely "cut off North Korea economically."                       
   In Seoul, President Moon Jae-In called for new United Nations sanctions to "completely isolate North Korea." He said the South would discuss deploying "the strongest strategic assets of the US military" -- a possible reference to tactical nuclear weapons, which the US withdrew from South Korea in 1991.
