Well N Korea say it will nuke US, S Korea, Japan, UK, Australia.

If China and Russia one day make N Korea unhappy, it may also nuke China and Russia - if N Korea got its nuclear missiles.

If it kill his uncle and brother, what make you think China and Russia will have special privilege?
