    Trade and economic are for mutual benefits - and is not a privilege. 

    If N Korea take a hostile and confrontational stance towards its neighbors or threaten its neighbors - instead of taking collaborative approach - other Countries need not trade and support N Korea. Trade and economic are based on collaboration - not threat.
