Mexico should start to negotiate trade deals with other trade partners and rely less on US.

This is to prevent Mexico from being held hostage by Trump.

  Trade between Mexico and US is about US$200 over billion - in export and the same for import.
  
  Mexico can easily recoup this amount by looking into Asia Pacific and EU for trade partners and buffer the trade war with US.

                US is also exporting US$200 over billion to Mexico.
                
                If Mexico got fed up and stop US export, US business that export to Mexico will be burnt badly and many jobs will be lost.
                
                So Trump need to be careful when playing hard ball.

                  And worst thing, when all its Latin America trading partners got bullied and shift to other trade partners and leave US ---- US will be burnt real badly.
