Actually ghosts, Hungry Ghosts - are harmless to Humans.
They are just waiting for their karma to burn out - and rebirth into a better realms.
Hungry Ghosts at least will not scheme to harm one another - like humans.
But they will have strong attachments to things that they crave for.
