I think the situation now is very clear, US is not interested in the TPP.
The other 11 TPP members are unanimous to go ahead even without US.
I think the 11 TPP members should go ahead to modify and ratify the TPP without US - as there is no time to lose --- under the pretext that US will change its mind.
Also, RCEP should re-double the effort to get the RCEP ready for ratification.
These will help to turnaround the slowing World Economic Growth. There is no time to lose.
