e-Bikes should not be allowed to travel on the roads that compete with cars, lorries, tippers, motorcycles.
e-Bikers should use the cycling path and even pavement - but must look out for pedestrians.
Else serious and deadly accidents can occur.

This should also apply to e-scooters, bicycles etc.

There is a need to promote a safe environment for these to operate and promote more people to give up cars and embark on a green transport.

REACH
To give priority to the safety of e-bikers, e-scooters, bicycles etc - should immediately divide up the pavement into half - and draw a dotted-lines - one for pedestrians and one for the cyclists.
I noticed that many pavement are wide enough to accomodate both pedestrians and cycling path - as temporary measures to ensure the safety of the e-bikers and cyclists.
But there must be speed limits for cyclists riding on the pavement for eg. 5 km per hour - so as not to cause danger to the pedestrians.
For cycling path, cyclists can go up to 25 km per hour.
Town councils of each constituencies can call tender to quickly take this into effects for their respective areas - so that e-bikers, cyclists will have a safe path to ride. This project can be funded by MND and LTA - while waiting for the construction of cycling path to be more widespread.
