- All F&B staff should wear a mask/face shield
- Non-compliance (for SFA-licensed establishments, from 13 Apr): Fines up to $5,000 and/or suspension/cancellation of licences
- Delivery personnel must wear masks at all times during pick-up and delivery

Authorities tightened circuit breaker measures further on Saturday, recommending that commuters wear masks on public transport and closing all beaches.
Markets will also refuse entry to people not wearing face masks and food handlers will be required to wear masks.

Well whether China use Google map? (Where China is forbidden by US to use Google) or using their own 5G satellite (in Shanghai) - they have demonstrated their cap.
My point is satellites GPS are highly accurate to the last 1 meter and can track and trace anyone.

For much of the Earth, Google Earth uses digital elevation model data collected by NASA's Shuttle Radar Topography Mission.[15] This creates the impression of three-dimensional terrain, even where the imagery is only two-dimensional.

Satellite can only orbit and take top picture.
Ground level images will have to rely on :-
1. Using high resolution pixel camera to take pictures on the street with a car and stitch to satellite images. Or other methods.
2. AI computer scientists use (GAN) - Generative Adversarial Network neural networks to generate ground images using annotated data or unsupervised learning by training AI model.
