DPM Heng mentioned that the Government "has brought all our resources and administrative capacity to bear, to mount a national effort for our workers, businesses, and families – to protect both lives and livelihoods.”

It is the most advanced in the world.

This link was sent to me by someone who works in an overseas project and he is a comms engineer.
He say that it is a 5G quantum satellite.
I am not an expert in satellite, and thus I don't have to defend it.

1) Outside layer - needs to be hydrophobic, will form droplets
2) Inner layer - should be opaque enough and should not catch fire, rather it should melt

(2) If so much money have been spend and now "circuit breaker" is implemented for 1 month --- so as to break the chain of transmission --- isn't it everyone's responsibilities to ensure the chain of local transmission works?

(3) Wonder why there are so many people still crowding in the various malls --- and risk the chance of more local transmission?

(4) Should a stronger response be used to enforce the crowd stay out of the malls - and stay at home?
