One way to deal with gangsters, assassin group is to :-

(1) set up an anti-gangster unit who specialise in dealing with gangsters.

(2) activate security law to lock them up without trial until they break away from their gang.

(3) longer jail sentence, cane and even death punishment for the gang that order or execute assassination.

(4) Infiltrate and offer rewards that contribute to the breaking up of the gangs.

(5) Rehabilitation programme and jobs for gang members to be converted, rehabiliated.

The above are the only ways to eradicate gangs.
