Those militants who return from Iraq and Syria should be locked up, rehabilitate and monitored closely. They should not be allowed to roam freely as they have already been radicalised.
Close monitoring of those who are surfing Internet for radical ideology will help to identify potential brainwash radicals.
Neighborhood watch for those who indulge in militant activities and informed authorities if activities are deemed suspicious.
Coalition in Syria, Iraq and even Libya - should intensify efforts to eradicate ISIS and their caliphates - so that there will be no reference base.
