Actually the US people has been condemning TPP for a couple years now. Always see new petitions about it popping up. But sad thing is, out of 12 countries, only one country of citizens make noise got what use?

Hopefully more social media outlets report more about TPP in details and raise awareness. At first, US are pushing for 12 years of agreement, but a few countries refused, and it has since been negotiated down from 8 years and then to 5 years.

  Is it true that the drugs has patent for 5 years only?
  
  If yes, it will be good news for consumers as generic drugs after 5 years will be more cost effective and benefit a lot of consumers.
