Assume there is no nuclear deal, will Iran stop producing nuclear weapons?
Will Iran stop producing ballistic missiles to deliver the nuclear weapons?

Iran will not.

Then what does the World going to do?

What does Israel going to do?

Assume Israel feel threatened and start to bomb Iran nuclear reactor and missile site.

But do you think Iran will not hide its nuclear reactors and missile sites?

Then what is going to happen, Iran fire nuclear missiles at Israel and Israel fire back.

Then this will hasten the process of Middle East demise.

Now assume Iran violate the nuclear deal against International bodies that help to negotiate the nuclear deal.

Then legally, legitimately, International bodies have legal right to enter in Iran nuclear sites to investigate and sanction will kick in if Iran did violate the nuclear deal.

Take note that Iran's partners - Russia and China are the members of the International Bodies that take part in negotiating the deal - and Iran will less likely to violate the nuclear deal - as the whole World will sanction Iran.

Iran has nothing to benefit from the violation.

If there is no nuclear deal, the consequences will be more severe.

A Middle East war - probable nuclear war may break out earlier than later.

No nuclear deal - nuclear war will break out with certainty - because there is no avenue for communication - because Iran has no way out.

With nuclear deal - nuclear war may not break out - because all stakeholders in the deal, including Iran's partners, Russia and China - will not allow Iran to use nuclear weapons and the whole World sanction will be too biting on Iran.

In the 1st scenario where there is no nuclear deal - nothing can stop a nuclear war - which can be accidental, as there are no leverage, no communication - and the scenario is even more dangerous.

If you say President Obama is stupid ----- you are saying China, Russia, France, Britain, Germany and the World are stupid - for negotiating the nuclear deal with Iran.

Iran will start a nuclear war if:-
      (1) Iran want to annihilate Israel or Arab countries - and Iran know that itself will also be annihilated - ie. mutual commit suicide. (I think no one in the right mind will do this).

      (2) Iran come under attack from Israel or Arab countries - and Iran's very existence feel threatened, it will start a nuclear war (and Iran know that its opponents will fire back with nuclear weapons) - and both mutual commit suicide.

In both scenarios - it is a MAD scenarios (Mutually Assured Destruction).

Scenario 2 - will likely to happen if no nuclear deal - and nuclear war is very likely to happen - if there is no nuclear deal.
