Keeping the sky clear and the environment clean - is an ethic, is morally correct.
Polluting the air and environment is unethical and morally wrong.

It is a simple judgment of wholesome versus unwholesome - a Universal Law of Karma.

Failure to recognize this - an imposing the unwholesome practice on others is not only unethical, morally wrong - but will elicit the negative karma.

In addition, it will elicit the wrath from International Community for damaging the Global environment where all human mankind live in.

All reasonable human can distinguish between what is right and what is wrong.

Doing wrong and yet try to chide others affected by your bad behavior - is not only irresponsible, but will lose respect from the International Community.
