Yes there were many people expressing sympathies BUT, on the other hand, many were happily making jokes about "bat eating" Chinese, mocking, insulting and denigrating Chinese whether on social media or MSM---when Wuhan was suffering. There are many anti-Chinese out there, so stay vigilant!

@Keith B. 1. It is perfectly alright to publish good development in a Country. 

2. But mocking others when a humanitarian crisis occur - is not in good taste - but a bad faith. 

3. Eating wild animals are major source of new virus pandemic worldwide that have been discovered by medical scientists be it bird flu, MERs, mad cow disease, covid, SARs etc. 

4. Humanity should as far as possible prevent from eating bush meat, or wild animals - that have given opportunities from many unknown viruses jump host to humanity.

@Keith B. 1. Many developed Countries no long eat wild animals or bush meat - be it wild boar, dogs, cats, pigeon, wild bats, monkey brains etc. 

2. Because unknown virus are transmitted by such wild animals. 

3. To stop Disease X and further animal jump host pandemic, Countries should ban eating bush meat and wild animals.
