This is the right strategy used - measured, appropriate and non-offensive, non-confrontational that will lead to open conflict and military confrontation - where many lives will perished and properties, investment will be damaged.

(1) Established "the Art of Collaboration" in International space not lock into "the Art of War" or "the Bane of Confrontation or Konfrontasi".

There are sufficient economic spaces, political spaces, social spaces for both Blocs to operate - but not through military invasion.

Notably, the East Europe is the hottest ground - the number 1 place for "World Hotspot" - where the 2 World War originates where millions of human mankind perished - and potentially if a 3rd World War breakout - it will mean end of human mankind.

and of course (4) African baby hotspot that is contain within the African continent.

We are now living in the era of Dharma-Ending Age (where all Universal Law on Earth will end) - triggered by the negative karma of our 3 inherent evil roots of Ignorance of Universal Law, Greed, Hatred.

Any mis-steps will trigger it.

We will have to be very mindful and careful - as any miscalculation will trigger it and cause a domino effect.

So when some wise guy suggest to build a Noah Ark in Africa continent to restart and rewrite the whole biblical process - with no blood and more holy ----- the "baby hotspot" is the answer from the divine.

Not a inch on Earth - is spare from the Dharma-Ending Age - as in this physical Samsara Universe - everyone is subjected to the Universal Law of Impermanence and the Universal Law of Karma.

The only way is Nirvana and the Path to Enlightenment - where all pain and sufferings will truly end.

Where true Eternal Peace, Bliss, Law of Permanence, where all Karma (positive or negative) will cease, where no birth, no death, no sufferings, where 3 inherent evil roots of Ignorance of Universal Law, Greed, Hatred will be eradicated - to be replaced by Omnipresence, OmniBenevolence, Omniscience (the 3 inherent wholesome roots of No-Self, Compassion and Panna Wisdom).

The 2 Blocs should be a contest of ideas :-
(1) Ideological space
(2) Economic space
(3) Political space
(4) Social space
(5) Technological space

- where there are sufficient spaces for the 2 Blocs - without military intervention or military invasion.

Whichever Blocs that have superior ideas that works, there will be more followers.

But it is not a win-lose situation, as one will win more in some spaces and the other will win more in other spaces.

But overall, both Blocs will benefit from the contest of ideas.

This is the "Art of Collaboration" - where eventually it is a "win-win outcome".

But if military invasion is in the equation - it trigger the "Art of War" - where the contest is about military advantage - which means there will be destruction and death - a "lose-lose outcome" for both Blocs. It also means economic, social, political spaces will also be lost.
