Weather conditions such as heavy rain, sun, winds - may affect the image quality - and need to be tested to determine whether it will affect the facial recognition.

Reliable backend wireless/wired transmission eg. 4G will be vital - as live video feed are latency sensitive and jitter sensitive.

Security and integrity of transmission - will require secured encryption or even private tunnels for video feed transmission - to prevent man-in-the-middle attack to siphon the video feeds that lead to video feed leakage.

There must be safeguard against radio frequency jamming - in case sophisticated criminals attempt to jam the radio signals to disrupt the video feed transmission via wireless - when they noticed the camera are tracking them.
