It is very clear that China, Russia, North Korea - and even US and in fact the whole World wanted to hold denuclearisation talk with N Korea in exchange for economic and political benefit.
But everyone can see that N Korea has total no regard to what China and Russia (the previous benefactors) want - and insist on nuclear missiles - that have the potential to even threaten China and Russia.
