There are currently no global leadership in the World.
The moment Trump become the President of US - the World lose its global leadership.
China wanted to assume the role of global leadership - but is trying to use its economic leverage as coercion to extract "subordinates" - and not by winning the heart.
Thus the World has no global leadership - as no one qualifies.

Global leadership is by winning the heart of Countries in the World and member Countries willingly accept the Global Leader.
Now no one qualifies.
Now no one qualifies.
- ricky lDoes one aspire to be a leader or a follower?
A follower is one that "monkey see monkey do".
A leader is one that has a "mind of its own".
A true leader possess a big heart and come with a big mind.
A true leader's wisdom is commensurate with how big his heart is.
- da buHow many years the US imposed the embargos against Cuba ???
- ricky lThe lessons learn from this saga is that - Countries cannot afford to rely on 1 or 2 Superpowers to sustain their economic needs.
The reason being, the Countries too reliant on 1 or 2 SuperPowers will be held ransom or hostage - the moment the SuperPowers are not happy about 1 or 2 issues during their power play.
Countries should diversify their economic linkages to many Countries with trade deal as far as possible - and not put all their eggs in one basket.
In this manner, Countries will be able to uphold themselves as an Independent, Sovereign States as accorded by the Charter of United Nation - and not live under the armbit as subordinate States of any SuperPowers.
