Trump is only expected to make his announcement after returning from a meeting of the G7 rich nations in Sicily on May 26 and 27, where many are hoping America's peers will put pressure on Trump to stay in the deal.

The problem is Trump is unable to make a sound judgement of what is "fact", what is "fiction".
And choose to believe what he believe in - even though "facts" are presented to him.
Even when the pictures and number of people attending his inauguration is presented to him, he can claim that it is fake, alternative news.
Then how to convince him?
