Look like the Uni is trying to promote romance sanction by the SDU to correct the low birth rate.
But bear in mind, promoting romance is different from promoting sadism and sexual pervertism. Many vidoes that surface from the orientation promote sadism and sexual pervertism.
Moreover the Uni curriculum is already very heavy and romance will divert the undergraduate attention to concentrate on their study.
Promoting romance should come after graduation and not during their study.

Orientation should be conducted in a dignified, safe and fun manner to help freshmen to prepare themselves to be ready for Uni lives minus unrestrained, unregulated activities that fringe on sadism and pervertism.
