Singapore should be able to build dykes and drain out the seawater.

This will have the effects of :-
(1) preventing rising water from flooding Singapore coastal line
(2) need not use sands to reclaim land as the dykes once build can use to drain out sea water and use seabed to form land - though it is submerged.

Singapore such a small coastline - can build dykes - cost may not be that high.

Wonder how much will it cost Trump to build dykes for US coastline to prevent US from flooding.
It will cost alot more than building wall along Mexico border and dykes cannot be solar-panelised - if Trump still does not honor Paris climate agreement.
