The assessment is accurate because those only who have access to computer, mobile devices and internet - can read the ISIS propaganda material in the social media, get themselves radicalised, use communication tools to communicate and plan the travel to Syria and Iraq, plan terrorist acts, trained and evolved to use bombs, weapons to commit the act, recruit more terrorists etc.

All these required more educated with planning capability as well as to read the propaganda and get themselves radicalised.

Those who are illiterate or in the poverty class will not have access to the ISIS propaganda or plan attacks.

Actually more insight and indepth study need to be made - to determine what motivate this educated and informed people to get hooked on the ISIS extreme, violent and inhuman ideologies.

Only discovering the root causes on the motivation - can then map out strategies, education to tackle them and prevent people from getting radicalised.

Conveying the message that true Religions - come with Holiness - that normally carry the attributes and message of Compassion and Inclusiveness ---- minus violence, killings, cruelty.

If this message is successfully conveyed, it will help to minimise people from getting radicalised.

On top of this, true Religions preach peace and harmony - not fighting, not conflict.

This will help to differentiate true Religions from ISIS ideologies that preach killings, mass murder, exclusiveness, confrontation, conflict, cruelty, violence.
