Wearing a mask is also became a norm for the public to avoid being infected. Wearing mask is also good measures especially on public transport when crowded.

1. There are a lapse of about 9 months to 1 year before everyone get vaccinated.
During this period, people can still get infected.
Thus wearing masks and social distancing are still required.
2. People who get vaccinated can still contract the virus - as shown by one case because she only received the 1st dose - 6 days later she contracted covid-19.
Anti-bodies need 14 days to develop.
1st dose only provides 50% protection.
She needs 21 days to get the 2nd doses and 14 more days to develop the full anti-bodies.
So for 2 months, she still need to wear mask and maintain social distancing.
3. Data had not revealed that upon full vaccination, the mouth and nose can still contract virus and transmit to other people.
Thus wearing masks and social distancing are still required.

It is broadcast in a bridge or switch environment that are drop by layer 3 routers.
Hence it is not accessible by Internet that uses ip address layer 3 (ipv4 or V6).
Layer 2 Mac address only happens in a bridge or switch environment but can't cross router - thus no way internet hackers can hack.
3. Handphone uses ipv4 issues by the Telco DHCP - and is routable through internet by router.
IoT device can be access by internet hackers that do reconnaissance using various means to sweep and learn the network topology as well as ipv4 devices such as our handphone.

As of 12pm, MOH has preliminarily confirmed 2 new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection.
Based on investigations so far, the cases are in the community, and there are no new cases in the dormitories.
There are 29 imported cases who had already been placed on Stay-Home Notice or isolated upon arrival in Singapore. In total, there are 31 new cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore today.
MOH will share further updates in its press release that will be issued later tonight.
