If Russia and the West and US can cool tension and resolve Global issues, then the Russia-Europe hotspot marked by locking horns with missiles, nuclear missiles and other weaponry - will ease and the World will face one threat less.

Locking horn is never good and will not resolve issues.

There are more moderate and better ways to resolve issues.
