Some of the belongings can be uniquely identified with Mr Lee KY.
It is something that is worth cherishing.

In fact one way to get around it.
If the Oxley house is demolished, an exact replica can be build in its place and convert it as Heritage Site like museum.
Eg. Sun Zhong Sun house is also a Heritage Site.

It meet the condition of Mr Lee KY wish.
It also help to provide a Heritage Site for generations of Singaporeans to remember and honour our Fore-Father who have done so much for Singapore.
