If the Middle East Countries are still not united in fighting the IS, IS will use chemical weapons to threaten the Middle East Countries.

Chemical weapons are too big and bulky and will be developed and used in proximity from where it produced - and this will be in Syria and Iraq.

Countries surrounding Iraq and Syria are too laxed in letting foreign militants to join IS in Syria and Iraq - and one day may pay the price.
