Where neglecting more training on the Mind and the Heart.

  Too much emphasis on the form or superficial or literal interpretation that is skin-deep.
  And too little emphasis on the substance, on the heart and the mind.

  In this way, followers will follow the teaching in blind faith and fail to practice the real substance of the religion.
  
  Misinterpretation of the holy teachings will arise - and result in wrong behavior.
  
  Honestly, if a person is discipline and with true faith - will one succumb to desires on what others wear, what other people say or do?
  
  It is all in a person's Mind and Heart. As long as a person's Heart and Mind has disciplined, He or She will not succumb by lust or desires just by seeing what others' wear.
