Yes. Because a good friend advise you not to use aggression in the Europe hotspot that can turn into a World War 3.
Use technique to win without expending even a single bullet. This is the highest strategy.

There is always a price to pay or consequences for any confrontation.

Thus is never worthwhile to resolve issues through confrontation. Diplomacy, communication, mediation, arbitration and dialogues are the best ways to resolve disputes or issues - and the outcomes or consequences are always better and more wholesome.

Confrontation have no winners - because the backend loss are usually bigger than the frontend gain.

Thus 仁者无敌，战斗永远只有俩败俱伤。

It is great that diplomatic compromise deal has been reached to defuse the volatile crisis in Ukraine.

Having reached the deal which believe is agreeable by all parties involved, it is important to uphold the deal and cool the tension down in East Europe – and not turn the region into a hotspot.

Please note that the hotspot in East Europe is a dangerous spot where World War 1 and World War 2 are ignited.

The region will benefit from a peaceful environment and will be harmful if it is a volatile and hostile environment – for any mis-steps it will be very dangerous for the World.

A Leader that uses his military might to prevent the outbreak of war - is a True Hero, in fact a Saviour.

A hero is not want to blaze his machine gun exterminating his opponent.

A True Hero is want that without firing a shot - can convince his opponent to pursue a non-aggression cause.

In fact, the current US Administration has achieved, score, resolve, mitigate many difficult
foreign affairs issues with wholesome outcomes - not achieve by many previous Administration - that blaze the military might with missiles, bullets and bombs.

Military might should best use for deterence and prevent the outbreak of war - and achieve the military objectives where there is no need to fire a shot - like playing a chess - checkmate - and no room to move, but to accept a non-aggression cause and a deal that are acceptable to all.
