There are 3 threats or challenges to the current Economic System experience by the World.
(1) Economic System run in “Competitive mode” – every industries, corporations try to outdo and outsmart one another – to drive one another out of business – and achieve maximum gain for itself.
As a result, business failure, business restructuring, retrenchment – and all negative impact to the business, economy and society – become the order of the day.
Cooperative mode of competition – whereby each corporation keep their share of the Economic Pie – that will help to sustain one another’s business, ensure reasonable profit and help to ensure employment for staff and workers – which consequently ensure Society stability and harmonious, prosperity ---- are conscientiously absent in the current intensely competitive business world.
The stress level in a society and business world become higher and higher, wage stagnation, very short business cycle, business restructuring, retrenchment etc - become the order of the day – and business and employment within a country become more and more volatile – that result in a more unsettled society and can even threaten instability.
Such phenomenon experience by the World in many societies will be increasingly acute as years progress – causing a more volatile and unstable society – as we are witnessing in many developed and developing societies.

(2) Technologies replacing human jobs.
Increasingly, technologies are taking over more and more jobs - and humans are losing jobs to technologies.
This will further aggravate the job loss situation in a Society - and translate into more unstable society as humans needs jobs and income to survive, feed themselves and their dependants.

(3) Humans has forgotten the main objective of :-
"Organising, ensuring how humans can survive, live peacefully and harmoniously in a Society - where earning a living is the fundamental essential to ensure a stable, peaceful and harmonious Society - where everyone can live and coexist peacefully, safely and harmoniously".

The current "competitive mode" Economic System - on the contrary are "tearing at the very fabric" of this "Main Objective" - and thus will contribute to more friction, conflict, restlessness and consequently a more unstable society - as we witness many incidents unfolding in the Developed and Developing World.

There are 3 ways to rescue this situation.
(1) - to ensure stability and to bring the attention and focus of the World back to the primary objective of running a Society :-
"Ensure every citizen in a Country - has a mean to earn a living for themselves and their dependants - and thus contribute to a more stable and peaceful Society - without experiencing the volatile Economic cycle - due to too intense business competition".

(2) Cooperative competition - not "winners take all" - which is the currnet mode of economic operation.
There is always a market share for every company in every industries. This will ensure meaningful profit and employment in every industries and consequently ensure a stable society.
Every Government can help to ensure this within a Country and within its Economy - eg. government tender etc.
Every International Trade and Business - can also ensure this through Economic, Business, Trade Pact
All this are done - with the "Primary Objective of Managing the People's Standard of Living to ensure a Harmonious and Stable Society in mind".
(3) Ensure Technologies as a tool to help Humans to do their job better and more productive - instead of replacing Humans and take away their jobs.

  To ensure this New Economic Model to be successful - it must anchor on 3 inherent wholesome roots of Human Beings :-
  (1) No-Self - substantially reduced or eradicate "Self-Centredness".
  (2) Compassion - substantially reduced or remove Hatred.
  (3) Panna Wisdom - understand that Cooperative mode of Economic System - will help all Humans to survive and coexist harmoniously. Too intense competition - business competition and economic competition - will one day have "no winners" - because the "winners take all mentality - will be translated to - there will be no winners at the end of the day" - because losers will take the winners with them - in an "equal miseries mode".
  
  This is the PROPHECY that the World Economic Entities must take note - because everyone is at the "Dharma Ending Stage" - where "Everything ends" ...... if no constructive tweaking to the current flaw Economic System is done.
  
  Remember not too long ago ---- the World Economic Cycle that go boom and bust - has somewhat stabilise - through prudent Economic and Financial manipulation through International Cooperation, the above threats - also must be addressed by the above ----- to prolong the lives of human beings .........
