[0:00 pm, 06/09/2021] +REACH: ๐Ÿ“ข Topic ๐Ÿ“ข

At an MTF press conference on 3 Sept (Fri), Health Minister Ong Ye Kung emphasised that personal responsibility and community resilience are "alternate lines of defence" to keeping the Covid-19 situation under control. He said, "This next phase of the journey depends critically on everyone's civic consciousness and social responsibility. So let's take care of ourselves and the people around us."

There were 186 locally transmitted Covid-19 cases yesterday. Out of which, 32 cases were linked to staff at eight bus interchanges. There were also six new cases linked to the Changi General Hospital cluster, bringing the total there to 46.

๐Ÿ’ฌ  What are your views on the resurgence of Covid-19 cases? What can we do as a community to break this new wave of cases?

MOH added that the Government will continue to strengthen our tools such as calibrating our safe management measures, testing more extensively and contact tracing more surgically to reduce and identify infections early.

Singapore will also begin transiting towards the next phase of our National Vaccination Programme by commencing a booster programme in September 2021. MOH will start to administer booster Covid-19 vaccination shots to those who are moderately to severely immunocompromised, those aged 60 and above, as well as residents of aged care facilities.

[0:07 pm, 06/09/2021] +YT: My views: People are getting careless and complacent. Many are not heeding safe distancing. When queuing, you can see people standing so close to one another. And there doesn't seem to be any regard for avoiding crowded places any more. There are too many people in the malls, etc., Also, there are too many inconsiderate people who insist on not seeing a doctor even though they are unwell. They prefer to self medicate or worse, some even go to work or school as normal. What we can do as a community is perhaps to strengthen the messaging again.

[0:46 pm, 06/09/2021] +Liew@SG: Cannot  believe that there are still cases in the migrant workers domitories despite all the measures and government funded IT system put up  in place at construction sites since last year.

There must be still loopholes need to be patched.

One possible loophole likely to be  are the site inspectors/supervisor/project managers that  going in and out site on daily basis and, out of their duties, crossing and mingling with migrant  workers across different zones.

We should seriously looking nto this and change the way how these group of inspectors/supervisors/project managers  carry out their works, be it through technologies adoption, working off-site, or additional measure to segregate them from the workers.

[0:51 pm, 06/09/2021] +XaniceAfcai: I saw workers half mask, no mask etc...while working..

Took a photo n report via, oneservice app stating the company name.

[0:53 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ken Loh: If they work alone, I have no issue.

Not easy to work outdoor with mask

[0:53 pm, 06/09/2021] +XaniceAfcai: Not only that.. Some maskless already esp when loitering downstairs, walking around neighbourhood, take lift, go carpark etc.

When i avoid the lift with them, they still ask what wrong huh..

[1:01 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: ๐Ÿ’ฌ  What are your views on the resurgence of Covid-19 cases? What can we do as a community to break this new wave of cases?

Haven’t I mention for the umpteen time before that we shouldn’t allow 50% back to office and WFH as the default mode?

This is call we deserve it. I don’t expect cases to come down soon and maybe even hit infection rate of 500 per day. You can expect Oxygen and ICU numbers to rise over time.

I heard the effects of covid are long lasting and those who recover still have varied lingering side effects. I hope these are worth the sacrifice for GDP. Tbh I don’t agree with these policies at all. My 2.14 cents

[1:03 pm, 06/09/2021] +Elena Woo: The relaxation of measures are too fast. Suspect that the cases have already spun out of  control due to so many unlinked cases. Now the unprotected younger generation are at high risk. ๐Ÿ™„

[1:04 pm, 06/09/2021] +Elena Woo: +1

[1:05 pm, 06/09/2021] +Elena Woo: If the transition to endemic is after the younger generation are also protected, i think it is a better time but definitely not now.

[1:05 pm, 06/09/2021] +Caleb: +1

[1:06 pm, 06/09/2021] +Elena Woo: What if the long last effects hit the younger generation? As they are now more vulnerable? I think this sounds like it is trading the future pillars for current economy progress?

[1:09 pm, 06/09/2021] +Jack: Recent many unlinked cases going up and up.. Gov need to know why this happened? Is it because the device not working, batteries die or taking public transport no scan?   Only the the root cause then can resolve the unlinked cases.  For examples If need to gov should install auto scan in the MRT gate or buses when passengers take the mrt or buses like those shopping already have when people Bluetooth is turn on. Unless those people really never carried phone or the device. Just my thoughts.

[1:11 pm, 06/09/2021] ☸️  Danny ๅฟƒ:

So what are you suggesting?

Don't vaccinate is it?

[1:11 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: think the whole game plan needs to be relook at

[1:11 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: covid is a social virus , it need human as median to spread

[1:11 pm, 06/09/2021] +Jack: This is very concern for the unable to take vaccination like baby n young children

[1:11 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: thus the most acient way is to curb foot print in the society but like many other countries we cannot

[1:12 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: effects and shown ho the public cry for leisure activities / fnb to resume

[1:12 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: while business cry of closing down

[1:13 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: is it possible to get a win win, yes but how much we are willing to give up the norm

This is the outcome.

[1:16 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: and instead of banging so much of opening up travel industry (100% open) can we not start to explore how we can self survival

[1:16 pm, 06/09/2021] +Caleb: It's good the 60s and above can get their 3rd shot.

[1:16 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: in the basic of stuff thus opening new corners of economy ?

[1:17 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: time to consider about self survival thus enabling the gears of the scocial- economy to still run at gear 2 when things really needs to slow down

[1:17 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: does not mean got money can get you anything or everything you want .. one day  even with money u will not be able to buy what u needs

Food security and energy security are the two interesting and fundamental aspect to start with... How can be self sustain while keeping the cost of living status quo.

[1:19 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: i see this as a cycle , your own market, = empolyment and purchase power (small but better than zero)

[1:19 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: socially residents of singapore a just being self fish and cntre

[1:20 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: seriously do we need to eat out ?

[1:20 pm, 06/09/2021] +XaniceAfcai: Regardless how much protection our gov is trying to protect us. We all must do apart to protect ourselves by following the smm.

Else all effort goes down the drain. It takes 2 hands to clap.

[1:21 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: is sickening to see how society is still asking for please open up for fnb

[1:21 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: please open up for air travel and please no quarantine terms

[1:21 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: the rest of the world is still in shambles

[1:22 pm, 06/09/2021] +~RH: Or is no one looking into these unliked cases due to fatigue over the whole situation?

So,  just let it be reported,  look into it later?

Or r we short of manpower to look into it?

Or do these unlocked cases not carry their TT devices w them ?  Or just not forthcoming w the info in wher they hv bn?

[1:22 pm, 06/09/2021] +Liew@SG: We have to import (almost) everything including the fundamentals like food and energy... Hence we have to open up and trade and allow movements of people.

I do strongly agree that it takes all hands to clap, so everyone must do their part.

At the same time, constantly hunting for systemic  loopholes and have it patched.

[1:22 pm, 06/09/2021] +~RH: +1

[1:23 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: what WHO says is valid and worthy to consider , as long as 1 country is not vaccinated even for 1st shot the chances of recover is economical recovery is low as these rich countries will be fighting the new variants instead

[1:24 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: the real approach to the problem is globally

[1:24 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: minus all the politicians and their hands

[1:24 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: let WHO run the show

[1:24 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: stop the different pharma from competing (how many solutions we need to a problem 10 / 100 / million)

[1:25 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: consolidate the direction and consolidate all medical resources and make it grid networking

[1:25 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: is crap to see flip flop reporting of each brand in the media on their results and effects almost every day

[1:26 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: is pure misleading

[1:27 pm, 06/09/2021] +Liew@SG: No intention to take credit away from anyone, but it would be risky to just rely on one entity to take up and run the whole show.

[1:27 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: the pharma ?those are commercial motivated organisation

[1:27 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: is just like say no NATO is shit and corrupted

[1:27 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: at this point in time who can do the work other than WHO who have resources of the medical world

[1:28 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: o i forget yeah we shoudl let each govt run their show as well

[1:28 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: yeah see whats happening in usa/ uk/ isreal / japan / taiwan .......

[1:28 pm, 06/09/2021] +~RH: Amid everything else tt we r all experiencing now, I m extremely concerned over how much worse it can become if we were to open up our borders.. ...

We shd contain our own house first,  plug more loopholes,  b4 we can say tt we r ready to open.

Having said tt,  I understand the nd to do so,  but we shd do it on a more cautious note & the gov shd constantly keep on their toes to safeguard this country first - not clammed for rapid growth in GDP.

As long as the rest of the world is not fully towing the line, we shd not let our guard down.

[1:28 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: is a never ending cycle till human starts to work together .....

[1:29 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: we should be selective in who to let in and not let our guard down so what if ppl dun like quaratine

[1:29 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: do u want your society again to be lock down when these visitor leave?

[1:30 pm, 06/09/2021] +~RH: ** clammer for

[1:31 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: also people espically singapore have to be reminded vaccinated does not mean u in god mode !

[1:31 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: infact at this stage with information update vaccinated is 50% as dangerous as those not vaccinated cos they are the sleeper cell just that they do not die terribly as those not vaccinated

[1:32 pm, 06/09/2021] +Liew@SG: Like the word 'God Mode' -- Way more complacent than complacent you mean?  LoL...

[1:32 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: how come talk until WHO liao? lulz

[1:33 pm, 06/09/2021] +~RH: Implementation is key.

I think everyone is fatigued by the whole situation.

Unfortunately,  the virus doesn't take a break.

We nd to hv more teams to back each other up then.

The gov shd consider having a secondary team to assist...  One tt may help to inject new ideas to continue w fighting this virus.

So tt the old guards can take a step back to re assess the situation in a new light...

Sth like tt..   Hope u get wat I mean.

[1:33 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: if only someone ironfist like LKY around to steer us out of this

[1:34 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: we need leaders who are clear headed and very focus driven to get out of the woods

[1:34 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: then we need really stringent measures to curb the spread

[1:35 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: during these times, a little use of more draconian and authoritarian laws could help

[1:35 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: but i'm not sure what's the game plan from our leaders

[1:35 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: because this is not a country effort, it need global effort else is a endless cycle we are running into and resources will be ran out soon

[1:36 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: i can't sense it anyway, not from MMTF, NDP Rally, even from the different MPs

[1:36 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: like we maintain status quo revert back to pre-pandemic

[1:36 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: but didn't we already say "new normal"?

[1:36 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: one thing for sure is many here still living in lala land like telebubbie, everythign is good we have the iron curtain over our head , the weather will not fall we have TONS OF CASH IN OUR COUNTRY BANK....

[1:36 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: that's not "new normal" to me

[1:38 pm, 06/09/2021] ☸️  Danny ๅฟƒ:

My comments :-

Recently, the infection number hit 3 digits and make record with 250 cases.

My close friend comments :-

When cases rise, serious cases rise proportionately.

Still can overwhelm healthcare capacity.

Open up carefully.

My comments :-

I think we need to do the following effectively :-

Part 1 - Vaccinate the remaining 20% population - to prevent serious illness and death.

Part 2 - Actively explore solutions that block the infection.

Part 3 - Important to keep track of effective treatment drug such as monoclonal treatment drug.

Part 4 - Keep current restriction measures intact, eg. wearing face mask, maintain 50% WFH and other social distancing measures. Ramp up test, trace and ringfence.

[1:38 pm, 06/09/2021] +Joseph Ong: You are placing so much confidence in a study involving less than 1000 people, which showed a very slight (possible) improvement in odds, but have doubts about a vaccine developed from studies stretching over 30 years, has over 4 billion doses administered to a few billion people worldwide .... ๐Ÿ™„

[1:41 pm, 06/09/2021] +Liew@SG: My take is:

1. Open up as soon as possible becos a small city state like us cannot just keep our doors shut.

2..we put in place measures to restore activities that we are confident with the number of cases that our health care system can cope with, and

3..we keeping a close eye on how the situation develops and relax/tighten as necessary --- and we have to do it this way becos no one really know the full picture of our enemy -- the ever mutating/evolving virus....

and our strategy has to evolves as the virus is evolving...

[1:43 pm, 06/09/2021] +Liew@SG: One curcial unknown to the public is: what is the figure that our healthcare system can cope with ....

(Perhaps a strategic topic that cannot me made public?)

[1:44 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: that's not a long term plan, that's very myopic actually

[1:45 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: all these can be done at the MMTF level

[1:45 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: i'm talking about long term projects and visions

[1:46 pm, 06/09/2021] +Joseph Ong: Don't agree that we should put all eggs in 1 basket

Healthy competition is good for progress

You see "flip flop" (or lies?) .. i see it as updating or "marking to reality" as we gather more information and data. The virus is mutating, the situation, evolving, so it should not come as a surprise that there will be revisions and changes made along the way.

Which is more likely? That "they" got it right from the very beginning and hence no changes should ever be needed? Or decisions were being made based on the least negative outcome based on available information, weighed against prevailing risks of inaction...then adjusted along the way as experience/understanding/knowledge improves?

SG will invest 300 Billion in AI, Robotics and Biometrics for public infra and industries to rollout automated and bot services to minimize covid transmission and increase safety in coming decade.

1) Front Line Staff at points of entry to be augmented with Robots and Biometric systems.

2) Medical industry will utilize sophisticated AI to diagnose and predict possible infection of various diseases and viruses.

3) Transport and Logistics will be connected to Transport AI Node that can do predictive traffic load, routes the traffic amidst accidents and other advance automation.

Something like this but you get the gist

[2:13 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: It’s just an example. But the thing is during NDP rally I didn’t really hear much about the future vision and long term plans. End up it was mostly on race and low wage issues.

[2:13 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: as for 3rd booster the word from WHO they are not sure if it is effective and they are concern about the long term effect of the 3rd shot which have not under gone extensive studies

[2:14 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: cannot blame for the lack of insight as these race and social issue dun settle it will be more problematic locally on top of the global fight every country is facing

[2:15 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: also to go into ai path we need to grown an army of people to be able to handle this new sector else what depend on others again ..

[2:16 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: and when global crisis happen the supply got cut, local resident talent might take flight then how

[2:24 pm, 06/09/2021] +Alvin Lim: I know these are teething issues that need to be resolved but they can be done at Ministry level. You can probably just mention it a bit and move on to bigger picture things. I mean we are quite harmonious with all races in sg.

The real gap is between the elites and the common man. Not so much of race but elite privileges. The growing gap is the real issue that should be address and I don’t mean just low wage workers but middle class as well. We are mostly taking the brunt of the rising cost of living. Just after PM Lee announce we need to support low wage workers by playing our part, my little girl’s infantcare sent out a circular informing of increase of fees starting Jan 2022 next year! That was pretty timely I must say! Lulz

Again my 2.14 cents.

[2:25 pm, 06/09/2021] +Caleb: *too

[2:26 pm, 06/09/2021] +Caleb: Too much, Until not enough to give more to the middle and lower income.

[2:27 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: in all society is the middle class that suffer the most .. like in army sergent always kenna the most

[2:28 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: till our society can wake up i think any social program (pay gap / living cost / race and harmony / covid) will still be an issue

[2:29 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: fyi parents if you have todlders and pre schoolers, i feel it is better to mask them up

[2:29 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: i still see people going out with these 2 types of kids wihtout mask

[2:29 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: seriously they think the covid got eye can ID these are toddlers / babies / pre schooler and skip them?

[2:30 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: this is especially for certain group of parents whom i observed seriously dun like to mask up their kids is really anti social behavior ....

[4:13 pm, 06/09/2021] ☸️  Danny ๅฟƒ:

Part 1 - Vaccinate the remaining 20% population - to prevent serious illness and death.

1. Vaccination provide the baseline protection from serious illness and death.

2. Vaccination is a necessity for the following reasons:-

a. It can prevent serious illness and death.

Medical report reveals that :-

- Vaccination boost immunity system through :-

i. Anti-bodies - which is a protein that fuse with covid virus that enter the body - to prevent the covid virus from attaching and infecting the red blood cell. But overtimes, the anti-bodies wanes and reduce in number - hence not as effective to prevent covid from infecting the red blood cell. Our local study reveals that the vaccine is 40% effective over time to produce anti-bodies that prevent covid Delta from infecting our cells - and 60% will breakthrough as the anti-bodies reduce in number.

ii. T-cell - produce by our white blood cell - that will attack the covid the moment they realise the covid has bypass the anti-bodies and infect the red blood cell. This T-cell trigger by the vaccines are more than 90% effective in killing the covid virus - and hence prevent fully vaccinated people from developing serious illness or death.

b. It can prevent long covid.

- as vaccines destroy the covid virus that enter into our body and prevent the covid from causing long covid - that damage our multi-organs like brain, lungs, heart, blood clot - causing losing smell and taste, pain or discomfort, difficulty breathing, lung damage, brain fog, mental problems such as depression and anxiety.

3. Vaccination according to our local study and US study reveals that mRNA vaccines are very safe and do not induce any long term side-effects --- and is suitable for public for used against covid-19 as baseline protection and to some extent - from infection.

4. We are on target to achieve 85% vaccination end of September.

This means, only 5% of adults has yet to be vaccinated.

That means 285,000 more adults need to be vaccinated - and Government must approach each and everyone to vaccinate --- because the current high daily infection number - reveals that covid-19 will indeed become endemic - and will infect many people like flu or common cold.

5. The remaining 10% infant (11 years and below) - should be vaccinated once the trial is over and safe for vaccination for this group.

6. 3rd jab booster for those immunocompromised should be roll out when more data are available.

[4:34 pm, 06/09/2021] ☸️  Danny ๅฟƒ:

Part 2 - Actively explore solutions that block the covid infection.

1. This is the World current weakest link - in preventing Delta variants infection.

2. Vaccination is very effective in preventing serious illness or death and long covid.

3. Vaccination initially is effective in preventing covid-19 - mRNA is 95% effective.

4. But Delta variants change the game plan. Vaccination is still very effective in preventing serious illness, death and long covid - more than 90% effective.

But Delta variants has reduce the effectiveness of 95% prevention of infection to 40% effective in Singapore context. That means there are 60% chance of breakthrough even for fully vaccinated people.

This is especially true if people remove their masks when interact freely - eg, bus interchange where bus captain remove their mask to eat, smoke and talk. Same for Fishery port and KTV.

5. Looking for solutions to block the infection at the source become vital - as vaccination can no longer effective in preventing infection at the source (ie. nose and mouth viral load transmission).

6. 7 Nasal spray that are currently on trial worldwide (eg. Israel, US, Singapore etc)- need to be closely look at.

7. If Nasal spray solutions can effectively block the covid viral load from being propagated - if people remove their masks to eat, talk, sneeze, cough, excrete mucous, saliva or running nose ---- then nasal spray will have cover the inadequacies of vaccination to prevent and block infection.

8. If nasal spray is effective, then covid spread will have been effectively curb - as it cannot jump host.

9. Having say so, vaccination must still be the baseline protection, because nasal spray may sometimes not apply correctly and covid can still infect eg :-

a. When nasal spray is applied to the nose, the nose will be sensititve and sneeze. Hence dosage may not be sufficient to protect the covid - and can still infect.

b. Mucous may flow out from the nose and dosage maybe loss.

c. Nasal spray like vaccination are not 100% effective and there could be breakthrough case.

d. People may not applied the nasal spray when the effect diminished and covid may infect.

Hence vaccination must still be the baseline protection.

10. Vaccine hesitant people who still fear the side effect of vaccination or misplace fear of vaccine trigger death - will be less resistance to get the nasal spray. This will be their 1st line of protection - and reduce the covid from spreading.

11. So nasal spray is something that the Government should explore in our fight with more and more new strains coming out and with infection number going up.

12. Nasal spray could also be our 3rd jab booster.

13. Alternative delivery options like tablet should also be explore.

[5:14 pm, 06/09/2021] ☸️  Danny ๅฟƒ:
Part 3 - Important to keep track of effective treatment drug such as monoclonal treatment drug.

1. Barring if Part 1 and Part 2 even if religiously implemented - and there are still some breakthrough cases -- which are likely to be in the minority few - effective treatment drugs such as the monoclonal treatment drugs ---- need to be exhaustively look into.

2. WHO has now recommed a large scale trial of 3 cocktail anti-inflammatory drugs to treat covid patients and reduce the risk of death in hospitalisation namely :-
- artesunate
- imatinib
- infliximan
We should watch out for the outcome of this WHO trials and see whether we can adopt it if prove effective and successful.

3. There are a number of monoclonal anti-bodies treatment drugs that are quite effective to treat covid patients - and reduce serious illness or death. eg are Regeneron etc.
Regeneron is a covid monoclonal anti-body treatment.
It does not replace covid vaccination. It is advisable to get the covid vaccination even though monoclonal anti-body treatment is a promising treatment drug.
It cut hospitalisation or death by 70%. It prevent 80% in transmission.
So not 100% foolproof. mRNA vaccines cut hospitalisation or death by more than 90%.

Part 4 - Keep current restriction measures intact, eg. wearing face mask, maintain 50% WFH and other social distancing measures. Ramp up test, trace and ringfence.

1. Part 1, 2 and 3 - rely on scientific approach - medical science to tackle the covid infection and protection.

2. But it must be complemented by correct social behavior to prevent the covid transmission - as physical barrier, distancing are very effective to prevent the spread.

3. Face mask is a must as it is the most effective personal distancing tool, a physical barrier to prevent covid virus from spreading.
But this can be compromise if people remove their mask to eat, drink, talk, sing, sneeze or cough.

4. Hence congregation of people that will help the covid spread - should continue to be controlled.
- The current dine-in restriction should be maintain barring the high infection number. Wonder how does the bus captain is infected so widely if 2 dine-in per table is implemented ? (Very strange).
- WFH 50% should also be maintained - as in the past this allocation has keep the number low.
- Attendees for large number should continue to be restricted.

5. Test, trace and ringfence - should be pursue and not relax.
- Eg. sewage test
- self test
- Compulsory test
- Ringfence for large clusters.

[6:45 pm, 06/09/2021] +Ah Heng: Maybe we shld follow china: 1 case in a estate the whole estate lock down!
[6:46 pm, 06/09/2021] +Anne: In this case might as well impose wfh unless it is necessary to meet face to face.
[6:46 pm, 06/09/2021] +CQ: I'm annoyed that all this push to open up, endemic, mandatory vax or what is all underpinned by one thing. Economy. GDP. Numbers. Just MONEY. Are we nothing more than hamsters in a wheel?

[6:59 pm, 06/09/2021] +CQ: And likewise, office workers are praying that we don't get dragged back to office needlessly because we have old folks at home. Every time there's a 50% mandate, we're stressed about catching something and passing to our loved ones.
