Explanation of :-

Using 禅 Zen by transmitting Zen stimuli and receiving Zen responses, it transcend literal oral and written communication as 禅 Zen are Universal "languages" that can only be understood by 十法界 10 Realms that have attained Equilibrium in the Heart and Clarity in the Mind which go beyond oral and written communication.

雷电风雨 thunder roar, lightning strike, wind blow, rain fall, animals, insects interaction, human interaction, etc (comprising 五蕴 5 Mental Aggregates & 四大 4 Great Elements) through 禅 Zen by transmitting Zen stimuli and receiving Zen responses allow - 善能分别众生语言 of all 十法界 10 Realms.

Only through through 禅 Zen by transmitting Zen stimuli and receiving Zen responses - can the true meanings of Dharma 法 - be conveyed to 十法界 10 Realms. Hence 开化显示真实之际。

Oral and Written communication can only be understood by humans who speak and write the same languages but not all 十法界 10 Realms understood Oral and Written communication.
