By using democratic means such as voter referendum to decide on issues that have Economic repercussions whereby man-in-the-street fail to understand Economic, Financial and Business intricacies is a wrong and suicidal move - as this should be under the domain of technocrats such as economists, business anaylsts, financial experts and businesses.

On the other hand, the successful elites and establishment should share the economic benefits and fruits with the less successful ones - so that they will not vote for a "lose-lose outcome" and instead go for a "win-win outcome".

Ensuring everyone have jobs is the best way to go for a "win-win outcome".

But unfortunately, the older and elder workers often is neglected in the growing globalised economic world - that have lead to such growing trend among the developed Economies - where mature PMETs are sidelined and lose jobs.
