Yes this is a very sensitive topic because it involve a Religion.

It also involve 2 sectarian groups - even though they come from the same root - there is still a sensitive issue of "exclusiveness of the other sect" in their ideology.

In addition, there are also many Parties interest involve and a delicate balance will need to be made to ensure "Inclusivity of the various Parties" - so as to win support from all the moderate Parties involve.

As such it has to be handle delicately and sensitively.

It is easy to charge ahead with hands thumping the chest - but will the outome be good?
Careful and delicate balancing and building coalitions to baseline a foolproof strategy that bring about wholesome outcome is Wise - without destabilishing and hurting the Regional Countries and the Interest Groups' interests will be the best outcome.
