Any deterioration of ties between the 2 Countries that cause unintentional buildup of mistrust and unfortunate military skirmishes - will not only be bad for the 2 Countries - but also for the Asia Pacific region.

Attempts should be made to de-conflict and reduce tension and should avoid reinforcing or touch on sensitive issues that escalate frictions and tensions.

2 Peaceful and Prosperous Countries.

Why suddenly declare war and bring untold sufferings to one another and to the whole Asia Pacific region?
