All the Muslim Countries in the Middle East will be feeling threatened with this development.

If this caliphate succeed, Countries in the Middle East will have to pledge allegiance to the caliphate and dictate the way how they run their countries administratively and religiously.

Soon Middle East will see a sudden confusing shift, swop and changes in ideologies, in how they run the Countries, in how they administer their religious teachings etc - that will further destabilise the whole of Middle East - as more violent and more holy wars will erupt.

It will also cause changes on how the World react to such changes in Middle East.

If this caliphate are not react to or responded to.

This development in the Middle East hotspot - though less destructive in term of weaponry destruction - but more cancerous in nature as it has a termite effect.

And if the caliphate succeed - then "Jihad" will be ingrained into the Muslim world - that by using violence, killings, war, fight, invading, conquering other States - is a de-facto holy religious act to achieve their objectives.

This will not only destabilise Middle East - which is happening now.
It has destabilise Africa.
It has name India, Bangladesh, Myanmar as another likely source - that will also threaten other part of Asia if they succeed.
