Longer lifespans mean 55 not age to withdraw CPF funds meant for old age: PM Lee

With regard to the statement :-
"PM Lee encouraged CPF members to work until age 65 if they can, saying they can take out some of their CPF funds after they retire to pursue their dreams or invest."
Many matured Singaporeans PMET and Workers wanted to continue to work until age 65 but since lost their jobs - are not able to find one to continue working.
Will Government consider setting aside fund - such as providing incentive through Job Credit Wage fund - to subsidy and encourage Organisations to employ unemployted matured Singaporeans PMET and Workers?
