It is fortunate that the Bill is finally agreed upon and sign.
In a deadlock, when One Party take one end, the Other Party will take the opposing end - and with no one in the Equilibrium - will result in a deadlock.
Only "Meeting in the Middle" can break the deadlock by balancing the 2 Opposing Party's interest. (That is - when no compromise from both sides, when both sides don't come into the middle, there will be no Win-Win solutions.
Deadlock - is a lose-lose solution - because it means the 2 Opposing sides try to pull one another to their side with equal strength - and no one in the Middle to attain Equilibrium. The worst it can happen is, the Middle crack into 2 and the 2 Opposing side stand solo in their Opposing Pole - and "no Middle Path" = total destruction).
In actual fact, the humongous debt situation that was accumulated and compounded through so many years - not easy to roll back - without creating a mammoth impact not only to US but the whole World.
It must be carefully choreograph, work with the World Community on how to architect and remedy the situation - that will require very long term to turn back the mammoth debt - without greatly impacting the US and World Economies and the Finance (and at the same time, honouring the debt and service the debt) - to a more stable and sustainable fiscal and monetary situation that will not cause shell-shock to both US and the World.
