In a civil war that has drag on for so long and no sides are winning, should not the 2 sides look towards political settlement and talks to end the civil war?
Ultimately, many have lost their lives, family have lost some loved ones, houses and properties are destroyed or damaged, and lives are in a tatter.
Civil war is not the way to go. Political settlement is the only constructive way out.
